We are Perfect

Are We all so wonderfully perfect?

That's what I ask people when I hear them complaining about someone else.
I know I'm not perfect. I make a lot of mistakes.
And if I can learn by some of them I am the happy camper.
I have worked with men all of my life, don't get me wrong now, I like most men, they are just people.
I have never worked in an office, or store, like all the women I know.

This picture here, shows a crew I worked with, for ten weeks, at The West coast Fish Club. No roads to this work site, the only way is boat, float plane, or helicopter, as long as the weather co-operates.
On the beautiful Langara island. We ate together, worked together, slept in the same building(own bedrooms). Not one of them was a lover. They are all friends.
I have been with over a hundred Rangers, with less than five percent women in the ranks. Out in the field all in the same tent, sleeping ,eating and working together. And never did any guy hold my hand or kiss my cheek. I am treated just like one of the guys. That's O.K. sometimes.

I know, I scare a lot of men. They think they want me and when they see what really is under the mask, they run like mad! And that is O.K. also.
What is the matter?
It just takes one evening with someone to show me how good it can be, to be treated like a woman.
I can be crude some of the times. A little ruff around the edges, hard cored, I've had to be.
But now, I would like my femininity to be spilling forth, for all to see. I think it is time for me to take my steel toe boots off and put on some nice little sandals that show off my nice little feet.
Try that out for awhile.
Dee
